As the popularity has grown eggplant, eggplant Parmesan has become a popular dish. The dish is rich casserole-style, ideal as an appetizer or side dish. eggplant slices are breaded, fried until golden brown and layered with mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. The dish is covered and cooked in a warm oven to soften and thicken the sauce eggplant. After further end of the mozzarella, the dish is returned to the oven to melt cheese and brown the above.

Eggplant Parmesan with Mushrooms and Mozzarella
Ingredients
1 large eggplant, remove the stem and base, cut 1/2- inch along
3 large eggs
10-12 Paris mushrooms, sliced
1 jar tomato pasta Willow
1 / 2 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
The bread crumbs seasoned Italian
Vegetable oil or extra virgin olive
Sea salt to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Fill another shallow container with Italian seasoned bread crumbs, about 1/4-inch deep.
4. Dip each eggplant slice in beaten eggs.
5. Run the excess.
6. Immerse the sections in the breadcrumbs, covering both sides.
7. Repeat this process, adding more bread crumbs if necessary.
8. In a skillet average pan Add enough oil to barely cover the bottom.
9. Brown a few slices at a time, until golden and crisp.
10. Add more vegetable oil as needed.
11. Transfer the slices on a plate lined with paper towels.
12. Once has all the browned eggplant slices, place one layer on bottom of a 9×11 rectangular pan.
13. Pour half the pasta sauce on top.
14. Add the sliced mushrooms and a few handfuls of mozzarella cheese.
15. Add another layer of eggplant and remaining sauce.
16. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
17. Bake for 15 minutes.
18. Add another couple of handfuls of mozzarella, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake uncovered for about 8-10 minutes.

How long do I cook the chicken in the oven?
I have a couple of boneless chicken breasts and you want to bake. I will do in a completely covered in sauce pan. How long do you think I should cook?
You can do what said the last answer and cook one to the plate, or you can take chicken breasts and flour, then brown in a skillet so that they have gold cook and part of the form, and then put the sauce on and cook the rest of the way in the oven for about 30 minutes or until tender. I've done so many times and always great!
