Chicken salad is a delicious and versatile recipe. It may be a luxury finger food, stands atop a bed of lettuce with fruit or vegetables or simply eaten with whole grain crackers. It may also be one of the recipes healthier than you, if you make the right choice. Most recipes chicken salad is loaded with fat, by the way chicken is prepared and mayonnaise used. That this recipe chicken salad healthy is your guide to create quick and healthy meal for entertaining guests or a dish easy to carry with you at work or school.

Ingredients

6 Tyson All-Natural Chicken
1 teaspoon almond oil (or olive oil)
Mrs. Dash Original seasoning to taste
Mustard, to taste
Nonfat plain yogurt to taste (optional)
Garlic powder to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 / 2 small onion
1 / 2 small red pepper

Steps

Step 1

You must use a small and medium-size skillet to cook the chicken in Heat a teaspoon of almond oil to heat and roll to cover the entire pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook the chicken.

Step 2

Once the chicken has been cooked, place in a food processor and add dry seasonings (add a little more time until the seasoned if desired), onion and pepper. Stir until the chicken, onion and peppers are finely chopped pulse (of course, if you get a boiled chicken!).

Step 3

Remove the mixture of minced chicken in a food processor and place in large bowl. Add the mustard, if desired, yogurt. Stir, making sure that the layer of chicken mixture over.

Step 4

The chicken salad can be served immediately but is better if allowed to stand for several hours or overnight.

Once you get the hang of this recipe, be Whip it can in no time. So the next time you're asked to take a shower, or you want to bring a healthy lunch for work or school, just a lot of chicken salad and enjoy!

But I'll try to make my own salad for lunch?

Here are some ideas for a bandage? I love the salad well done (if I can allow me to buy one of Pret), but mine when I do, that still taste as if they lack something, even when I add the tuna and egg to make a Nicoise. Suggestions? I have no tuna today, but I have olive oil, eggs, onions and balsamic vinegar have. And the chick peas and beans all other suggestions to give you a taste incredible?

This is one of my absolute favorite orange and almond salad - 1 / 2 iceberg lettuce, shredded - 2 oranges, peeled and Lycra - 4 slices bacon - 1 / 3 cup almonds Toast sliced Fry bacon until crispy, about Cool and cut. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Dress with balsamic vinegairette (optional) and refrigerate until serving. I promise you this is divine!
