Help with a prom dress?

Ok my prom dress is a cranberry red and i need help picking shoes. well i have shoes that i think would look cute but i need someone else opion. OK the dress is strapless and is fitted all the way to about an inch past the hips then in flares out to the floor. I had it made and i got the idea from the dress called lia. (its a wedding dress my melissa sweet… i think thats her name) the shoes are white with black poc-a-dots with a peak-a-boo toe. so would the shoes look good with the dress if i had other white and black jewlery and acsessories?

i think matching a dark color like cranberry with white isnt the best way to go.. if the black on the shoes dominated the white, then maybe.. the first thing i thought of when you said cranberry red was champagne colors. i think the red would go very well with gold jewlery and a tone similar to it for the shoes. i had a simiklar colr dress for junior prom a while ago and i wor it ith my creamy high heels with straps. i thought it balanced out the colors well and i got compliments on it! good luck!

I am moving into an older apartment and there are no ceiling lamps in the bedroom and living room. I bought a floor lamp from Walmart and 75W ‘daylight’ energy saving bulb from Home Depot. I find the lighting dull and not good enough to read with-I’m a student. This is really bothering me, how best can I light the rooms using lamps and have adequate light in them? I want them well illuminated and don’t want to ruin my eyes either.

I had the same problem with lighting.
I ended up putting a big floor lamp in one corner and little lamps in the other corners on my dresser and night table.

I know this sounds a bit weird asking a question like that, but seems very impossible.
Well, when i do get very bored, i love to bake. If i only knew that there’s a store in my town that is open around midnight on weekdays, i would be going there by now. I just don’t have the main ingredient to be able to make the frosting for the brownies i just made tonight. haha
That’s why i asked if there is a way to make a frosting for the brownies.
Oh yeah, i have the other ingredients from all the recipes i have been lookin at, but all of them have to have the powdered sugar.
