HELP picknick tables how do I do this ?

We are having our wedding on May 2nd 2009 and to save money were having the ceremony and reception at the same place,its in a park,and I have to use the picknick tables.How do you make picknick tables look good enough for a wedding and how do you set that up.I have to use them for the guests to sit during the ceremony and then for the reception???,we are going with a Japanese themed wedding and so there will be cherry blossoms .I need help.the pavilion is hexagon shaped and there will be about 60 guests…:(

Leave them in one location for both ceremony and reception. No sense in trying to move things around. Ive been to a wedding at a hotel where we sat at our tables for the ceremony, and it was fine.
As far as setting the tables, ignore the benches and set the tables with linens and dishes. No plastic, no paper.
For centrepieces, think small but many. Place a small bunch of bright flowers every other person, so that you have a long row of flowers down the table. This will create an impact, and draw the eye away from anything unsightly.
You may want to consider cushions or having some blankets available for guests who are wearing nice clothes. Picnic benches sometimes are dirty or rough and could ruin someones clothes. Unless your guests are wearing jeans in which case I would not bother with providing blankets.
